Terms & Conditions
Tour Bookings:
When you initiate a reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and ensures that your spot is held. Additionally, full payment for any air or train tickets is required at this time to issue your travel documents.
Amendments to a Booked Tour:
While we strive to accommodate necessary modifications to confirmed itineraries, please be aware that changes may incur minimum amendment fees. These changes are subject to the availability of various segments of the tour.
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 90 days before arrival: 50% of the deposited amount towards the Tour Cost will be refunded within 7 working days.
- 90 to 60 days before arrival: 30% of the deposited amount towards the Tour Cost will be refunded within 7 working days.
- 60 to 45 days before arrival: 20% of the deposited amount towards the Tour Cost will be refunded within 7 working days.
- Less than 45 days before arrival: No refund will be provided.
Luxury Train Journey Cancellations:
- 75 days or more before departure: 10% of the ticket price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 74 to 25 days before departure: 25% of the ticket price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Less than 25 days before departure: 100% of the ticket price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation of Flight Tickets and Wildlife Safaris:
Please note that flight tickets and bookings for wildlife safaris in any Indian Wildlife National Park or Sanctuary are non-refundable. Name changes and date changes for flights may be considered as per the airline’s rules.

Balance Payment Options for Tours:
For guests arriving in specified cities like Mumbai, Kochi, and others listed, balance payments must be made in cash in one of the specified currencies or through travelers’ cheques. For guests arriving in other locations, balance payments should be completed one week before the tour starts.
